Before I go ahead and start ranting about what I thought about the book lemme just say, I haven't read anything quite like this before.
I am fascinated by the idea of angels and demons and after looking at that beautiful cover, I just had to read the book. The illustration itself represents a lot about the story. Even though Dominion is my first book with angels, (well not quite angels but Grandinians and Grantinians) I really enjoyed reading about the characters.
Abigail isn't quite what I expected when I started reading Dominion, she was a surprise. Kindda sneaked up on me. Abigail is not a normal teenage girl, and like I said she kindda sneaked up on me. Gideon, here is one very twisted and sexy creature, that I liked reading about. No. Really. I did! He scares the life outta Abigail, and practically everyone, but I still likes him.... (read more)

In cosmarul ei, ea a fost ucisa de o creatura magica. Cand ea ajunge sa-l cunoasca pe Gideon, ea incepe sa-si aminteasca parti din cosmarul ei, si socant este ca Gideon este creatura din cosmarul lui Abby. Cine este Gideon cu adevarat, ar trebui Abby sa se indragosteasca de el, sau el este urmatorul dezastru care asteapta sa se dezlantuie?

"So, there I was reading and turning pages and telling myself 'Damn, Abigail you're in trouble' and then Bang! I'm reading the ending of the book with tissues"
The concept of the story was good, I enjoyed reading it. The whole meaning of guardian angels from Melody's point of view was fascinating. What got me suspend though was (SPOILER ALERT) ---- the weird connection between Sela and Gideon. What was up with that? Hopefully there's an explanation in the second book, because I didn't really get any.
I liked every part of this book, from Gideon's creepy yet lovely, funny shinanigans to Abigail's rather thrilling life, but what I didn't like was the ending. WHAT WAS SHE THINKING????
I'm tempted to go all CAPS, but I'm going to stop, and hope that the second book gives answers... (Read More)
